About Dennis Volemi

The quiet architect behind VeGrid Solar — a true stealth CTO who shipped a startup while the world watched him at a bank.

Dennis Ikocheli Volemi, stealth CTO of VeGrid Solar

A stealth CTO, in plain sight

It is genuinely amazing. For two years, Dennis Ikocheli Volemi walked into KCB Bank by day and, almost in stealth mode, built VeGrid Solar by night — the kind of quiet, disciplined execution most founders only talk about.

He built alongside Thomas Ogutu and Charles Kerich, with Dennis holding his stake through Cagrien Limited as proxy, and Charles through Andrew Kerich (Tactical Dynamics Limited) as proxy — a clean, deliberate structure for a serious company.

VeGrid Solar has now launched. What looked like a day job was, all along, cover for a CTO shipping a real product. Respect.

The structure

VeGrid Limited (PVT-5JUZKJQZ) and the proxy that anchors Dennis's role.
